Shipping

- All orders are sent fully tracked. We aim to ship out within 2 working days of purchase.

- International orders can take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. Please note that you may be liable for customs charges if you are outside of the UK.

 

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size then please contact  us at enquire_celiapops@outlook.com, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase subject to size availability. 

- Please note, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, otherwise we will be unable to carry out the exchange.

- We ask that you please double check the size guides as we cannot guarantee that the exchange size will be in stock. If you are unsure about what size to get, please email us at enquire_celiapops@outlook.com.

 

Faulty/Incorrect Items

- Please contact us immediately if you have found a fault with your purchase or received something other than what you ordered and we will work to resolve the issue as quick as possible. Again, please do this through enquire_celiapops@outlook.com.
